Tampa Bay Inshore Snook and Redfishing

Great morning with Jenn and clients! We had a blast dusting the snooks. Tournament time is near for Jenn. Super pumped to get her out again soon! Then had Steve and his wife Mary In the afternoon and had a epic snook bite and caught some redfish mixed in! Steve asked me if he could bring his fly rod! Of course I said yes and it paid off! He was so happy. Caught a redfish and a bunch of snook on fly! And we also caught another slot snook today! Coming in at 29”

Tampa Bay Inshore Snook Fishing

March 1st means opening day snook season! Some take it more serious then others! But Dave and Willy specifically came to catch a keeper! Dave is in his 70’s, and him and his father have kept count of every fish they have ever caught. Incredible! Dave has caught over 45 thousand fish in his time! I’m so thankful that he chose me as his Charter captain! He is a great person and a wonderful angler! Hopefully I can get him 100k. He caught 40 snook today all by himself! And another 40 for Willy as well! Great talking to these guys and glad I got to get them one for the cooler!
